Junior Wave Dancers
Children ages 4 - 14 are invited to take part in a performance alongside the Milwaukee Wave Professional Dance Team at a select Milwaukee Wave games. The Wave Dancers will hold a one-day dance clinic at Elite Sports Club. At a cost of $50, your child will participate in a 2 hour dance clinic, will get a t-shirt and poms for the performance, a DVD of the performance, a CD with the performance music on it, and every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into the US Cellular Arena on the performance date. Parents will have an opportunity to purchase tickets at a rate of $14.00 per ticket. To order your tickets for the game(s), use the Ticket Order form or call Kory Schooley (414) 908-6345.

Prior to the Clinic
- Please complete and fax the Ticket Order Form. Fax your Ticket order form directly to the Milwaukee Wave at (414) 224-9290 one week prior to your child’s clinic date.
- Complete, print and bring the Waiver/Liability Form, in order to participate in the clinic.
- Complete your online Registration Form, prior to the clinic in order to participate in the clinic.
Day of the Clinic
All clinics will be held at North Shore Elite Sports Club 5750 N Glen Park Rd. Milwaukee 53209. Children should arrive at 11:45 a.m. on the day of the clinic and come in comfortable clothing. Dancers should wear dance shoes or tennis shoes and should bring a water bottle and snack. Every child MUST Register Online and have the Waiver Form filled out completely in order to participate in the clinic. Parents should arrive at Elite Sports Club to pick up their dancer at 1:50 p.m. for parent meeting and pick-up.
Ordering Tickets
Every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into the US Cellular Arena. Parents are able to purchase additional $14.00 tickets by filling out the Ticket Order Form. Parents should fax or mail their ticket order form to the Milwaukee Wave at (414) 224-9290 two weeks prior to the clinic date! Tickets will be at the Will Call ticket window when you arrive for the game.
Day of Performance
Parking
Parents are responsible for finding parking and paying for parking the day of the performance around the US Cellular Arena. We suggest you allow enough time for traffic.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Once you arrive at the US Cellular Arena, your tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call ticket counter. The Will Call ticket counter is to your immediate left as you enter the building.
Where to Meet Game Day
Parents should enter the US Cellular Arena from Kilbourn Avenue and should meet in the lobby one hour before game time. For example, if the game starts at 6:00 p.m., meeting time is 5:30 p.m. The performers will be taken to a locker room to rehearse and get ready for the performance. All other family and friends are able to watch the performance from their seats.
Performance
The performance will take place during the First Quarter Break. Parents are welcomed to take pictures or video record from their seats during the performance. After the performance, there will be time for pictures with the Wave Dancers that will take place at the VIP meeting area across from Section 208.
Pick Up Your Child After the Performance
After the performance, all performers will be escorted back upstairs to the VIP meeting area across from Section 208. Family and friends can meet their performer at this time and take pictures with the Wave Dancers. Wave Dancers will be with all performers until each child has met their family/friends.
What to Wear
Performers should arrive in Junior Wave Dancer T-shirt and comfortable black pants the day of the performance. Children should wear dance or tennis shoes and bring their poms.

Video & Music
Routine music will be given out to parents at clinic so performer can practice at home. DVD with performance will be mailed within 3-4 weeks of performance.
