Jr. Diamond Dancers

Children ages 4 - 18 are invited to take part in a performance alongside the Milwaukee Brewers Diamond Dancers at a select Milwaukee Brewer game. The Diamond Dancers will host 4 different one-day dance clinics at Elite Fitness & Racquet Club throughout the summer of 2008. At a cost of $50, your child will participate in a 3 hour dance clinic, will get a t-shirt and poms for the performance, and every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into Miller Park on the performance date. Parents will have an opportunity to purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $7.00 per ticket.

Prior to the Clinic

Please complete these three forms below. Bring the Registration and Waiver form to the clinic. Every child MUST have BOTH of these forms in order to participate in the clinic. Fax your Ticket order form directly to Shaunna Richardson at 414-902-4056 prior to your child’s performance date!

Day of the Clinic

All clinics will be held at Elite Fitness & Racquet Club, 13825 W. Burleigh Road, Brookfield, 53005. Children should arrive at 12:45 p.m. on the day of the clinic and come in comfortable clothing. Dancers should wear dance shoes or tennis shoes and should bring a water bottle and snack. Every child MUST have BOTH the Registration form and the Waiver form filled out completely in order to participate in the clinic. Parents should arrive at Elite Fitness & Racquet Club to pick up their dancer at 3:30 p.m.

Ordering Tickets

Every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into Miller Park. Parents are able to purchase additional $7.00 tickets by filling out the Ticket order form. Parents should fax their ticket order form to Shaunna Richardson at 414-902-4056 prior to the performance date! Tickets will be at the Will Call ticket window when you arrive for the game.

Day of Performance

Parking

Parents are responsible for finding parking and paying for parking the day of the performance at Miller Park.

Meeting Area

Parents should enter the ballpark using their tickets at any main entrance and should bring their child to Guest Relations on the Field Level near section 116 one hour before game time. Dancers should arrive in performance shirt, comfortable black pants and comfortable shoes. The dancers will be taken to a locker room to rehearse and get ready for the performance.

Performance

The performance will take place just before the National Anthem, final performance times will be shared at the game. The Parents will be escorted by Brewer staff to the field where they will be able watch the performance. Parents are welcomed to take pictures. Parents will pick up their dancer after the performance.

What to Wear

Performers should arrive in Junior Diamond Dancer T-shirt and comfortable black pants the day of the performance. Children should wear dance or tennis shoes. Poms will be given to the performers when they arrive to Miller Park.

Video & Music

There will be a DVD available with the performance for $15.00. There will also be a CD with the performance music on it available for purchase for $5.00. If you are interested in purchasing a DVD or CD, please check the boxes on the registration form. The CD will be given out at the clinic, and the DVD will be mailed to your home after the performance date.
