Junior Diamond Dancers
Children ages 4 - 14 are invited to take part in a performance alongside the Milwaukee Brewers Diamond Dancers at a select Milwaukee Brewer game. The Diamond Dancers will host 4 different one-day dance clinics at Elite Sports Club throughout the summer of 2012. At a cost of $60, your child will participate in a 2 hour dance clinic, will get a t-shirt and poms for the performance, a DVD of the performance, a CD with the performance music on it, and every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into Miller Park on the performance date. If your child would like to do a second clinic/performance or more, the cost will be $60 for the first date and $40 for any additional dates. Parents will have an opportunity to purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $7.50 per ticket.

Prior to the Clinic
- Complete, print and bring the Waiver/Liability Form, in order to participate in the clinic.
- Complete your online Registration Form, prior to the clinic in order to participate in the clinic.
- Complete your online Ticket Order Form.
Day of the Clinic
All clinics will be held at Elite Sports Club, 600 N. Barker Rd., Brookfield, 53005. Children should arrive at 11:45 p.m. on the day of the clinic and come in comfortable clothing. Dancers should wear dance shoes or tennis shoes and should bring a water bottle and snack. Every child MUST Register Online and have the Waiver Form filled out completely in order to participate in the clinic. Parents should arrive at Elite Sports Club to pick up their dancer at 2:00 p.m.
Ordering Tickets
Every child performing gets one free ticket for their own admission into Miller Park. Parents are able to purchase additional $7.50 tickets by filling out the Ticket Order Form. Parents should fill out the ticket order form one week prior to the clinic date! If you would like better seats for the game, you can order tickets on your own through the Brewers ticket office, however you do not receive any discount on these tickets. Tickets will be at the Will Call ticket window #6 when you arrive for the game.
Day of Performance
Parking
Parents are responsible for finding parking and paying for parking the day of the performance at Miller Park. We suggest you allow enought time for traffic.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Once you arrive Miller Park, your tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call ticket window #6. If you ordered tickets on your own, your performer’s complimentary ticket will be at the Will Call ticket window.
Where to Meet Game Day
Parents should enter the ballpark using their tickets at the RIGHT FIELD entrance and should meet in the open space area that is located after you enter the right field entrance (also near the KIDS ZONE area and near section 106) an hour before game time. For example, if the game starts at 7:00 p.m., meeting time is 6:00 p.m. The performers will be taken to a locker room to rehearse and get ready for the performance. One family member per performer will be escorted onto the field to watch the performance. All other family and friends are able to watch the performance from section 106 or any nearby area. It’s important not to leave the meeting area if you plan to watch the performance on the field.

The performance will take place just before the National Anthem. Final performance times will be shared with you when you arrive at the game. One parent per child will be escorted onto the field where they will be able watch the performance. Additional family and friends will be able to watch their child perform from section 106 or any nearby area. Parents are welcomed to take pictures during the performance. After the performance, there will be time for pictures with the Diamond Dancers that will take place at the meeting area near the Right Field Entrance.
Pick Up Your Child After the Performance
After the performance, all performers (and anyone who watched on the field) will be escorted back upstairs to the meeting area near the Right Field Entrance. Family and friends can meet their performer at this time. Diamond Dancer staff will be with all performers until each child has met their family/friends.
What to Wear
Performers should arrive in Junior Diamond Dancer T-shirt and comfortable black pants the day of the performance. Children should wear dance or tennis shoes and bring their poms.

Video & Music
There will be a complimentary DVD available with the performance. There will also be a CD with the performance music available at the clinic. The CD will be given out at the clinic, and the DVD will be mailed to your home after the performance date (could take up to 6 weeks for delivery).
